REGISTRATION FEE



Registration fee includes participation in all scientific sessions, live surgery, conference kit, Breakfast, coffee/tea and lunch.  

All participants are requested to submit filled registration form along with the registration fee details. On successful submission of the registration form and payment details participants will receive a confirmatory email. If you do not receive a confirmatory email, please confirm the registration by intimating through E-mail: kshemastemcon@nitte.edu.in

Registration Cancellation and Refund  
Registered participants must contact on or before 15th December 2017 to cancel registration for the conference. For cancellations made by 17th December 2017, registration fee will be refunded less 25% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 17th December 2017.  

Cancellation requests may be sent to kshemastemcon@nitte.edu.in with registrant’s name, category and details of amount paid.
